Studio Policies and Procedures

OPEN HOUSE: Register for fall classes, meet the staff, purchase dancewear & get your priority number at any of our open houses.

Remember: the sooner you register for fall classes, the better your priority number is for purchasing recital tickets! Register early so classes do not fill up or cancel. Registration is also available online.

REGISTRATION FEES AND PROCEDURES: A registration fee of $40 is required for each student each year. Register before September 1st and receive a $5 discount as an Early Bird. You may call, email, or stop by the studio during any Open House. Fall classes start September 13th. Late registrations (after the first week of classes) will not be eligible for any discounts & will incur a $50 registration fee.

Dancers who are registered with the studio and would like to add additional classes must do so before the first week in October.

Any changes made to registration forms once fall classes start will be charged a $10 processing fee per change.

Only the parent/guardian who registers the dancer on the studio registration form can add/delete or make changes to their personal information as part of our student privacy policy. It is also against studio policy to release any information about our students to anyone that is not listed on their registration form.

Competition dancers will be charged a $100 non-refundable competition fee due on or before the start of the fall season (September 13th). This fee will be applied to the first competition (see Constitution for more information). Each dancer who enrolls in competition classes will be given the Constitution to sign and return by the first day of Competition Fall Class.

PRIORITY NUMBERS: Your family will receive a priority number based on when you register. This priority number gives you your place in line to purchase recital tickets in the spring. First to register is first to purchase recital tickets and choose seats. You may pre-register a dancer to receive a priority number while you finalize your registration. Registration is not complete until all paperwork is filled out and all fees are paid. Returning dancers must have all pending payments paid in full, from previous year(s) before they can register.
